They often are available in a nice black, which would fit in nicely in an office.
Now we are getting to the big boys of the business. A 4 drawer is still no 5 drawer though; however it does offer a large range of storage. You can buy an 18 inch wide vertical 4 drawer cabinet for about $130 that is a bargain! This one offers 4 letter-sized drawers in a grey colour (or as it may be called, "metallic charcoal"). The 2 top drawers on this lock, whereas the bottom two typically do not. Some companies also offer 4 drawer file cabinets in both vertical and lateral 4 drawer cabinets; the vertical one is similar to the one mentioned above, but the lateral one looks great. Lateral cabinets are a personal favourite of mine compared to vertical, they offer better space, and they look more attractive. Usually they are offered in them more boring colors, from black to light grey. The cabinet has side-to-side rails and holds letters in its four 30 inch wide drawers. They also have a new lock, which makes it so that you can only open one drawer at a time so you can`t tip it over and hurt yourself.
Starting with light and standard duty cabinets. Most of these offer the option of being shipped assembled or knocked down. If you have the ability to assemble your storage cabinet this is the option to choose. By getting them knocked down you can lower your shipping cost, as well as lower the chances of damage during shipping.
